Yalai Secures $12 Million in Series A Funding to Boost AI-powered Learning Solutions Cairo, Egypt – In a significant stride for the region’s tech ecosystem, Yalai, an Egyptian startup specializing in AI-powered learning platforms, has closed a $12 million Series A funding round. The investment draws significant attention to the growing demand for personalized education technologies in the Middle East and North Africa. Founded in 2022, Yalai utilizes machine learning and natural language processing to create tailored educational content for both students and professionals. The Series A round was led by Global Ventures, with additional participation from Nclude and Sawari Ventures. The company aims to use the new capital to scale product development, expand into new markets, and bolster its growing engineering team. One of the investors commented on the startup’s potential, noting, “Yalai’s team is redefining how adaptive learning can empower students in underserved regions.” The confidence from the investor community highlights the market need for agile and accessible learning platforms. Yalai’s platform currently serves over 150,000 users, providing custom learning paths through intelligent assessment and responsive content delivery. With the Series A funding, Yalai plans to expand its reach to additional markets in Africa and the Gulf region, while also developing new features for vocational training and test preparation. With a sharpened focus on research and development, the company expects to introduce more sophisticated AI capabilities by early 2026. As a regional pioneer in the EdTech sector, Yalai is positioning itself as a critical force in bridging educational gaps with innovative technology. Team V.INO-LNK
